Here at Elaine's, our consultants are trained to provide you with superior customer service. Ask them about gown styles, fabrics, accessories or just about anything related to your gown. If they do not know the answer, they will either find out or refer you to someone who can help. Will you need special length? Do you wish an extra swatch of fabric? Just ask. They are eager to meet your needs.

Once you have begun to narrow your choices, your consultant will take and compare your measurements with designer size charts to ensure that your gown will fit as closely as possible, eliminating the need for major alterations after your gown arrives.

Your consultant will assist you putting on and taking off gowns. While you are busy admiring the gown's appearance and fit, she will put back the gowns that didn't work for you and fetch new ones that might work better.

Our consultants track and co-ordinate all gowns from the same wedding party. Thus, the gowns of bride, bridesmaids, flower girls, and mothers of bride and groom will be delivered on time for your special event.

Final Touches

When you come to pick up your gown, we will have it pressed and ready for you to wear. It will be carefully protected inside of a special garment bag. We also have gown preservation kits available should you wish to keep your gown as an heirloom for years to come.
