Online Sales Policy

 

Online Order Policy:

 

Please choose your dress style & color carefully as we cannot be responsible for errors in selecting the size, color, style that you are interested in.  Each designer has a size chart and measuring instructions located on the dress detail page - be sure to follow closely. We are not responsible for errors in selecting the correct dress size and we cannot guarantee that the dress will fit.  For those who prefer to visit our store, we will gladly measure you at no charge so that we can ensure the correct ordering size.  We cannot process an order without a "wear date".  If we are unable to make certain that we will be able to get the dress by your wear date, we will notify you immediately - typically within a day of placing your order.  Every order receives a free zippered garment bag ($25 value) to protect your dress for years.

 

Refund/Return/Cancel/Exchange:

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges once we determine that your dress will be delivered by your wear date.  We will not charge your credit card until we are certain that your dress will be delivered well in advance of your wear date.

 

Shipping:

 

Fo all ONLINE PROM & HOMECOMING DRESS ORDERS, we offe free shipping to your home. We can arrange for shipping to your home at an additional cost.  Please contact us for pricing details.

 

Dress Registration:

 

We will not sell more than one dress style to each school.  Therefore, please provide us with the name of the school that you will be wearing your dress to so that we can make sure that we have not sold the same style to anyone else at your school.  Once we confirm your order, we guarantee that we will not sell your dress style to anyone else that will be attending the same event.  However, we cannot guarantee that someone doesn't purchase the same style from a different retailer. 

 

 

 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Elaine's Wedding Center and you, the customer.  We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are subject to Wisconsin law.  If any of these terms and conditions are deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that term or condition shall be deemed severable from the other terms and conditions, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions made part of this sales policy.
